• ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons bourbon
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla
  • 1 orange, juice and zest
  • 1 12 oz. bag Decas Farms Fresh (or Frozen) Cranberries



Place brown sugar, bourbon, spices, and orange juice and zest in a saucepan over medium heat.  Allow the mixture to come to a boil and add the cranberries.  Lower the heat and allow the cranberries to simmer until they begin to pop and the sauce starts to thicken.  Remove from heat at the first pops for a sauce with some berries in-tact or stir a few minutes more for a more homogenous sauce.

Makes about 2 1/2 cups
