- 2 cups almond milk
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen cranberries
- 1 scoop (22 grams) protein powder of your choice(optional)
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- 1 scoop of sun butter or nut butter!
- Mix smoothie ingredients into blender, pour preferred amount into bowl.
- Add toppings one by one on top of smoothie. add/change any ingredients to suite your preference!
