• 8 oz. semi-sweet baking chocolate, chopped
  • 8 oz. dark or milk chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup Decas Farms Original dried cranberries, divided
  • 1 cup chopped pretzels, divided
  • ¼ teaspoon flaky sea salt


  1. Line a 9" x 13" baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Place all chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave at 50% power for 1 minute. Stir chocolate and continue to microwave at 50% power in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted.
  3. Stir 3/4 cup of the pretzels and ¼ cup dried cranberries into the melted chocolate. Pour the chocolate over the lined baking sheet and use a spatula to spread the cranberries and pretzels evenly (1/4 inch thick).
  4. Sprinkle the remaining mix ins over the top of the bark. Lightly press the pretzel pieces into the chocolate.
  5. Top the bark with one pinch of sea salt and refrigerate for 5-10 minutes until cool, but still soft. Add the remaining pinch of sea salt over the bark and refrigerate until hard.
  6. Once chilled, break into chunks. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator and enjoy!
