1lb Brussels sprouts
8 garlic cloves
1⁄4 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 Tbsps. balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp. maple syrup
salt & pepper
1⁄4 cup Decas Farms Original Premium Dried Cranberries

Optional:  3/4 cup walnuts, lightly toasted



  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Trim the ends of Brussels sprouts. Keep the loose outer leaves as they will crisp in the oven. Slice in half, lengthwise.
  3. Place Brussels sprouts, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, salt & pepper onto a baking sheet or shallow pan.
  4. Toss the mixture to coat and spread evenly.
  5. Roast in oven for 20-25 min, stirring occasionally, until tender.
  6. Remove the roasted sprouts from the oven. Sprinkle with dried cranberries and walnuts if using, toss to coat and serve hot.
